You also commit to supporting others in taking full responsibility for their own lives.

Wayshowers provides a mix of educational, coaching, and community-based experiences. These include:

  • Community networking & group discussions


NOT Professional Medical or Psychological Advice

1.6 Intellectual Property Rights


All content provided by Wayshowers, including but not limited to:

  • Community discussions, live workshop content, proprietary frameworks

is the exclusive property of Wayshowers and ZA Energetics LLC.


Users may NOT:

  • Copy, distribute, modify, or resell any Wayshowers content without permission.
  • Share private coaching sessions, Q&A calls, or group discussions outside the community.
  • Publish any Wayshowers course material, frameworks, or intellectual content elsewhere.

Violations of our Intellectual Property Policy may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without refund.

1.8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, USA.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through informal mediation. If no resolution is achieved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Missouri.

Users waive their rights to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Wayshowers and must resolve all disputes on an individual basis.

2. MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS

  • Subscription-Based Memberships – Recurring memberships with monthly or yearly billing.
  • One-Time Purchases – Single-payment access to courses, workshops, or coaching sessions.
  • Limited-Access Events – Pay-per-event participation in certain workshops or private programs.

Each membership tier offers different levels of access and benefits, which are clearly outlined on our membership page and checkout pages at the time of purchase.



2.2 Membership Benefits


Depending on your membership level, you may gain access to:

By becoming a Wayshowers member, you agree to uphold the integrity and confidentiality of the community. All information shared within Wayshowers—including but not limited to live coaching sessions, member discussions, and exclusive resources—is considered private.

You agree NOT to:

  • Share or distribute private discussions, coaching content, or community materials outside of Wayshowers.
  • Record, screenshot, or share any live sessions, Q&A discussions, or community interactions without explicit permission.
  • Disclose personal details of other members or misuse any private information obtained within the community.

Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning from the platform, without refund.



2.4 Membership Fees & Billing


Membership fees are clearly outlined on the checkout page at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing policies:

  • Subscription Payments – If you select a recurring membership, your credit card or chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • One-Time Purchases – Courses, workshops, and event-based programs require a single payment at checkout, with no recurring fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Currency & Payment Methods – All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payments may be made through Stripe or other authorized payment processors.



2.5 No Refund Policy


By purchasing any membership, course, or product from Wayshowers, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • There are no refunds for any subscription payments, whether used or unused.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued if you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
  • No exceptions will be made, except in cases of double billing errors.

If you do not wish to continue with your membership, you must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.



2.6 Cancellation & Subscription Management


You may cancel your membership at any time by navigating to your profile settings and selecting the billing section. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Your subscription will not renew after your current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued, even if you do not use the services during your remaining subscription period.



2.7 Lifetime Price Lock Policy


If a plan includes a lifetime price lock, this means that:

  • The price remains fixed as long as you maintain an active subscription.
  • If you cancel or let your subscription lapse, you may be required to rejoin at the current public price.



2.8 Account Access & Security

Your membership account is personal and non-transferable. You agree to:

Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

Take responsibility for any activity under your account.

Report unauthorized use of your account immediately.

Wayshowers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity.



2.9 Termination of Membership


Wayshowers reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership if:

The member violates community guidelines or terms.
There is evidence of fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
The member engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the community.

Termination decisions are at Wayshowers’ sole discretion and are final. Terminated members will not be eligible for refunds.





3. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES



3.1 Expectations for All Members


Wayshowers is a space for growth, self-awareness, and leadership development. We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where all members feel welcome. By participating in Wayshowers, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect, kindness, and integrity.
  • Encourage and uplift others while being open to receiving support.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories, coaching discussions, and shared experiences within the community.
  • Respect diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, and personal backgrounds.
  • Avoid engaging in hate speech, bullying, or harassment of any kind.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban from the community without a refund.



3.2 Confidentiality & Ethical Conduct


Confidentiality is a cornerstone of trust within the Wayshowers Community. By participating in discussions, events, and private groups, you agree that:

  • All shared experiences, personal journeys, and coaching insights remain within the community.
  • No screenshots, recordings, or transcripts of live events, Q&A calls, or discussions may be taken or distributed.
  • You will not disclose, replicate, or use proprietary content outside of the Wayshowers platform.
  • You respect the privacy of fellow members and will not share personal details about others outside of approved Wayshowers interactions.

Violating this confidentiality agreement will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action if intellectual property or privacy rights are infringed.



3.3 Prohibited Behaviors


To maintain the integrity of Wayshowers, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Defamation or false claims against Wayshowers, its leadership, or fellow members.
  • Harassment, intimidation, or bullying of any kind.
  • Spamming or self-promotion outside designated spaces.
  • Plagiarism or sharing Wayshowers-exclusive content externally.
  • Spreading misinformation, conspiracy theories, or promoting harmful ideologies.
  • Attempting to solicit or recruit members for unrelated businesses, programs, or personal gain.

Members engaging in these behaviors may be immediately banned without prior warning and will not receive a refund for any membership or purchases.



3.4 Responsibility & Accountability


As a Wayshowers member, you agree to take full responsibility for your own personal growth and well-being. This includes:

  • Acknowledging that all coaching, training, and spiritual guidance offered within Wayshowers is for personal development purposes only.
  • Understanding that Wayshowers is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.
  • Committing to self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal accountability.
  • Supporting others in their journey without imposing personal beliefs or judgments.
  • Taking ownership of your interactions and communication within the community.

Members who consistently display a lack of accountability, refuse to take responsibility for their actions, or cause harm to the community may be asked to leave Wayshowers at the sole discretion of the company.



3.5 Moderation & Reporting Violations


Wayshowers has a dedicated moderation team to ensure that all discussions and community spaces remain safe, constructive, and respectful. If you witness or experience any violations of the Community Code of Conduct, you are encouraged to report them by:

Directly messaging a community moderator within the platform.

Wayshowers reserves the right to investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.



3.6 Participation in Live Events & Group Calls


Wayshowers offers regular live coaching, workshops, and community events. When participating in live events, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time and actively engage in a respectful manner.
  • Keep all discussions focused on the event topic.
  • Respect the facilitator and fellow participants by not disrupting or monopolizing conversations.
  • Understand that facilitators have the right to mute, remove, or deny access to members who violate event guidelines.

Any member causing disruption during live events may be removed from the session immediately and, in severe cases, banned from future participation.



3.7 Guidelines for Sharing Personal Services or Offerings


Wayshowers supports members in their personal and professional development. However, strict boundaries are in place to prevent unsolicited promotions or recruitment. Members may only share their services under the following conditions:

  • Promotions must be posted in designated areas of the community (e.g., a specific “Member Services” space).
  • Self-promotion is limited to once per month unless otherwise approved.
  • No unsolicited direct messages for business, sales, or recruitment are allowed.
  • All shared services must align with Wayshowers values and ethical standards.


3.8 Enforcement & Consequences for Violations


The enforcement of the Community Code of Conduct is taken seriously. Depending on the severity of a violation, the following actions may be taken:

  • First offense: A formal warning with corrective guidance.
  • Second offense: Temporary suspension of access to the community and live events.
  • Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account termination without refund.

Wayshowers reserves the right to enforce these actions at its sole discretion to protect the integrity of the community.




4. PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL TERMS



4.1 Payment Methods & Billing


Wayshowers processes all payments securely through Stripe and other authorized payment processors. By purchasing a membership or service, you authorize Wayshowers to charge your provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

  • Accepted Payment Methods – We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Alternative payment options may be available as indicated on the checkout page.
  • Automatic Billing – If you enroll in a subscription-based plan, you agree to be billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Payment Currency – All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Updating Payment Information – It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date to avoid service disruptions.



4.2 Subscription Renewals & Cancellations


  • Recurring Billing – Subscription-based memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Cancellation Policy – You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Once canceled, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Failure to Cancel – If you do not cancel before the renewal date, you will be charged for the next billing cycle, and refunds will not be provided.



4.3 Refund Policy


All sales are final. Wayshowers maintains a no-refund policy for all purchases, including memberships, courses, and event tickets. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Unused Membership Time – If you choose not to participate after purchasing a membership, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Missed Events or Sessions – No refunds are available for missed live events, workshops, or Q&A calls.
  • Failure to Cancel Before Renewal – Members are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal. Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel in time.
  • Account Termination – If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be granted.

Refunds may only be issued under special circumstances, such as duplicate charges or billing errors, and are at Wayshowers' sole discretion.



4.4 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes


  • No Chargeback Policy – By purchasing a membership or service, you agree to waive your right to issue a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
  • Handling Disputes – If you have a billing concern, you must contact Wayshowers at Support@Wayshowers.com to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback.
  • Consequences of Chargebacks – If you initiate a chargeback, Wayshowers reserves the right to:
    Terminate your account immediately.
    Ban you from future purchases and community access.
    Take legal action to recover lost funds and charge an administrative fee.



4.5 Lifetime Price Lock Policy


If a membership plan includes a lifetime price lock, this means:

  • The agreed-upon price remains fixed as long as you maintain an active subscription.
  • If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, you must pay the current standard rate at that time.

This policy does not guarantee access to new or future features that may be introduced at a later date.



4.6 Payment Failures & Account Suspension


  • Failed Payments – If a payment attempt fails, you will receive an email notification and a grace period to update your payment information.
  • Account Suspension – If payment is not received within the grace period, your account may be suspended until the balance is paid.
  • Reactivation Fees – If an account is suspended due to non-payment, Wayshowers may charge a reactivation fee to restore access.



4.7 Tax Responsibilities


Wayshowers does not collect taxes beyond those required by law. It is the member’s responsibility to determine and fulfill any tax obligations applicable to their jurisdiction.



4.8 Special Promotions & Discounted Offers


From time to time, Wayshowers may offer limited-time promotions or discounts on memberships and services. The following terms apply:

  • Time-Sensitive Pricing – Discounts are only valid during the promotional period specified.
  • Non-Retroactive Discounts – If you purchase a membership or service before a discount is offered, you will not receive a refund or credit for the price difference.
  • Limitations on Use – Some promotions may be limited to new members only and may not be combined with other offers.





5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LIABILITY



5.1 Limitation of Liability


Wayshowers provides personal growth, leadership development, and spiritual exploration programs, but does not guarantee specific results. By participating in Wayshowers, you acknowledge that:

  • Wayshowers is not responsible for any personal, emotional, mental, financial, or professional consequences arising from your participation in its services.
  • You assume all risks associated with applying any of the teachings, guidance, or coaching provided.
  • Wayshowers does not guarantee business success, healing, or transformation as outcomes of participation.
  • Wayshowers is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including financial loss or personal distress, arising from the use of its services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayshowers, its owners, employees, affiliates, and facilitators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from participation in any program, coaching, or community interaction.



5.2 Indemnification


By using Wayshowers services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZA Energetics LLC, its directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of the website, platform, or community.
  • Any disputes between you and another member of Wayshowers.
  • Your reliance on any advice, guidance, or materials provided by Wayshowers.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your participation in Wayshowers.



5.3 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Informal Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt resolution through informal mediation by contacting Wayshowers at Support@Wayshowers.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days before proceeding to formal legal action.
  • Mandatory Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Missouri. You agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive means of dispute resolution, waiving the right to file a lawsuit in court.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any claims against Wayshowers shall be conducted on an individual basis only. No class actions, collective lawsuits, or multi-party disputes shall be permitted.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, and any decision reached shall be final and legally binding.

  • Government regulations, lockdowns, or legal restrictions preventing service operations.

In such cases, Wayshowers may suspend or modify services without liability or refunds.



5.5 Waiver of Liability for Third-Party Services


Wayshowers may integrate with third-party platforms such as Zoom, Stripe, Mailchimp, or social media sites. By using these services through Wayshowers, you acknowledge:

  • Wayshowers does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their reliability, security, or functionality.
  • Any disputes or technical issues with third-party platforms must be resolved directly with the respective service provider.
  • Wayshowers is not liable for any data breaches, service failures, or unauthorized access related to third-party tools.


5.6 Medical, Legal, & Financial Disclaimer

Wayshowers reserves the right to enforce these Terms at its sole discretion to ensure the integrity, safety, and proper function of the platform and community. By using Wayshowers, you agree that:

  • Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform.
  • Wayshowers has the authority to monitor content, discussions, and interactions within the community.
  • Members may report misconduct by contacting Support@Wayshowers.com.
  • Wayshowers reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take necessary action.
  • In cases of serious breaches, Wayshowers may pursue legal remedies or refer matters to law enforcement.

Decisions regarding enforcement are made at the sole discretion of Wayshowers, and no appeals will be considered for violations resulting in permanent bans.



7.2 Termination of Access


Wayshowers reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access without prior notice if:

  • The user violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
  • There is fraudulent activity or payment disputes.
  • The user engages in harassment, defamation, or disruptive behavior.
  • The user shares confidential or proprietary content outside of Wayshowers.
  • There is evidence of account sharing, unauthorized use, or security breaches.

Termination decisions are final. Users who have been banned are not eligible for refunds.



7.3 Legal Acknowledgment


By continuing to use Wayshowers, you acknowledge that:

  • You fully understand and accept the Terms of Service outlined in this document.
  • You waive any claims against Wayshowers for damages or liabilities arising from your participation.
  • You agree that Missouri state laws govern this agreement, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Section 5 – Dispute Resolution & Liability.
  • You accept that Wayshowers is not responsible for your personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in courses, coaching, or community engagement.



7.4 Effective Date


These Terms take effect immediately upon publication and apply to all users as of August 30, 2024. Future updates or modifications shall be effective upon posting, and continued use of Wayshowers constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
